When Kaeser Compressors reached out to us to showcase their impact through a client testimonial, we headed to Surrey, BC, to visit Air-Vac Services Canada—a local business that relies on Kaeser equipment to keep their Lower Mainland operations running smoothly. During the shoot, Air-Vac’s owner, Brent, walked us through his company’s history and the enduring partnership he’s maintained with Kaeser over the years. To ensure maximum reach across different platforms, we produced two distinct versions of the film: a comprehensive, full-length testimonial, and a condensed version tailored for social media engagement. Client stories are a powerhouse for building brand authority. By letting a loyal customer speak on your behalf, you establish a level of credibility and trust that traditional advertising simply can’t match. It provides prospective clients with the social proof they need to feel confident in choosing your services. Efficiency was key for this production. The entire series was captured during a single day on-site. To ensure everything ran perfectly, we conducted a pre-production walkthrough a few weeks prior, allowing us to scout the facility and map out the ideal lighting and camera placements.
